By accessing or using Revenue43 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Revenue43 is a SaaS tool that analyzes sales call transcripts and generates follow-up emails, CRM notes, and next steps using AI. The Service is provided on a free and paid subscription basis.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures, reverse-engineering the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of all transcripts and data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., sending transcripts to our AI provider for processing).
The Service uses AI to generate outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
