Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our auth provider (Supabase).
Content you provide: Call transcripts you submit for analysis, and the AI-generated outputs (emails, CRM notes, next steps) stored in your account.
Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Usage data: Basic request logs for rate limiting and security purposes.

Each service has its own privacy policy. Your transcripts are sent to OpenAI for processing and are subject to OpenAI's data usage policies.
Your transcripts and generated outputs are stored in your account until you delete them or your account is terminated. Rate limiting records are automatically deleted after 5 minutes.
We implement security measures including: encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, API rate limiting, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
